Yes, 24/7/365. Christmas, New Year's, Carnival, flooding — we're open. Info by phone 10am–8pm; outside those hours, leave a message and we'll reply ASAP.
The daily rate is €25/day (flat, no matter how many hours). For stays longer than 3 days, write us for a custom rate.
You pay the minimum rate (1–4h) by card when you drop off your bags. Any extra hours are calculated and charged, by card, when you collect them. Card only — we do not accept cash.
No fixed limit. Groups and large amounts of luggage are welcome. If you have an exceptional amount, send us a message in advance and we'll make sure we have the space.
We handle bags with care, but we recommend not leaving high-value items without appropriate packaging. For special items, contact us first so we can advise you.
No, we don't accept oversized items such as bicycles, strollers or ski equipment. We can only store items that fit inside our boxes (84.5 × 51 × 61 cm).
From a few hours to several days, at €25/day flat after the first 24h. If you plan to leave your bags for more than 5 days, please let us know in advance — otherwise your luggage may be considered abandoned.
We're located at Calle Sechera, 665C, 30135 Venice. Open in Google Maps → Reachable on foot from Santa Lucia station and the main vaporetto stops.
